Yemisi Akinbobola

Yemisi Akinbobola is the co-founder of African Women in Media, and an award-winning journalist. She ran her news website, IQ4News, between 2010 and 2014, has written for many publications including the UN Africa Renewal magazine, and has several years’ experience in communication management for charities. She is the Course Director for MA Global Media Management and Strategic Lead for International Research Partnerships in the Faculty of Arts, Design and Media at Birmingham City University.
