Andrea Peto

is a Professor at the Department of Gender Studies, Central European University, Budapest. She is the author of Women in Hungarian Politics 1945-1951 (East European Monographs, 2003) and co-editor with Elzbieta H. Oleksy and Berteke Waaldijk of Gender and Citizenship in a Multicultural Context (Peter Lang, 2008).
