Tom Cordell

A filmmaker who’s worked in music videos, commercials and TV documentary, as well as making numerous films for business and international NGOs. He directed the film Utopia London, which tells the story of London’s welfare state modernist architecture. He has recently written a series of articles on the subject of planning and housing in London.

But radio waves were appearing that carried fragments of the future: weekend broadcasts of a new kind of music – Jungle – were being illegally beamed across the city from improvised studios in empty flats, via aerials on tower block rooftops.
